Jean leads Mainstar’s dedicated team of professionals to help account holders reach their retirement goals. With experience managing teams in retirement services, mutual fund and insurance custody, and wire transfer, Jean knows the value a strong operational focus has on an organization.  

Marleen reviews potential new assets to see if they are administratively feasible to hold at Mainstar Trust. All new assets reviewed are unique and typically are not publicly traded.

Stacy manages the Customer Service and Distribution teams and strives to make each and every account holder's communication experience a positive one.

Nueva fulfills her passion for numbers with managing our asset income, fee, and reconciliation processing. Nueva likes the challenge of finding better and more efficient ways for processing.

Carmen leads our Asset Control team overseeing the security trading, corporate actions and asset valuation processing. Carmen is an expert at navigating the nuances of alternative investment transaction settlements. 

Jordan is a man of many hats, working hands-on with both existing and future Mainstar customers, financial advisors, and investment sponsors to maximize their experience.
